We collect account details you provide (name, company, contact information) and operational data generated by connected devices, including vehicle location, telemetry, and camera footage captured by TerraTrack hardware.
How we use information
Data is used to deliver the platform: showing live vehicle status, generating safety and analytics reporting, supporting claims review, and providing customer support and product improvements.
Video and telemetry handling
Event video is uploaded to encrypted cloud storage and retained according to your organization's configured retention period. Access is limited to authorized users within your account.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with service providers required to operate the platform, or when legally required, or when your organization explicitly authorizes a disclosure.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in US-based data centers, and protected with role-based access controls, single sign-on options, and audit logging.
Your choices
Account administrators can manage user access, adjust retention settings, and request data export or deletion by contacting sales@terratrackgps.com.
